According to the Portland Business Journal, Zavala Corporation is ranked #32 on the 2021 fasted growing private 100 companies in Oregon.

The Top Commercial Contractor Award is given to recognize outstanding qualities of construction work, the promotion of professionalism, and the development of excellent working relationships between the General contractors, sub-contractor, the architect, owners and the community. Zavala Corporation is on the list of the Top Commercial Contractors in the greater Portland SW Washington region.

OUR HISTORY

Zavala Corp was formed back in 2008 in Portland, Oregon, and quickly established itself as a top concrete construction company. Zavala Corp is minority-owned and operated. We are also certified and licensed to work in Oregon and Washington.

During 2009-2010, Zavala Corp worked on more significant projects that boosted Zavala’s growth. One was for Spokane, WA, and Portland, Oregon (Zoo in the Metro area). As a result, Zavala Corporation started to gain the TRUST of more prominent General Contractors in the area.

Although 2013 proved to be more challenging due to the economy and heavy competition, Zavala Corp continued to gain the confidence and trust from the largest general contractors and governmental entities throughout the Pacific Northwest. Awards received, Oregon’s top 100 fastest-growing private companies.

Zavala Corporation continues to improve the daily operations from the office to the field to deliver only the “best in class” to our clients. We thank our personnel for their hard work through the years. We couldn’t make it happen without the help of all our team members and clients. Thank you!

Zavala’s goal in 2022-2024 is to double its size, project billable, and team, as well as expand service into other areas of Oregon. With anticipated growth, the purchase of an office building is needed to serve our needs and contribute to our philanthropic efforts within the community.
